How can I refresh/ re-authorize my licenses?

If you choose a month-to-month or an annual billed monthly plan, the licenses linked to your subscription have to be refreshed every month. To do so, you must:

  • launch the iLok Manager (with your iLok dongle being plugged if you aren't using iLok Cloud)
  • select your iLok in the left panel and right-click on your subscription license
  • click on "Refresh" on the appearing menu

You will be charged at your subscription anniversary date. Then, you can start refreshing the corresponding license via the iLok manager.
