Payment attempts for the All Access Pass will be made as follows:
- 1st payment attempt
- 2nd payment attempt 2 days later
- 3rd payment attempt 5 days later (7 days from 1st payment)
If you miss an All Access Pass payment due to an expired payment method or insufficient funds, you will have a 7 day Grace Period after the first missed payment before the licenses are terminated.
We cannot process payment for the All Access Pass manually. As long as payment can be processed with the payment info on file, you should experience no interruption in service.
