If you encounter issues with the iLok License Manager or with very long scan or load times, you may need to manually restart PACE License Services using the steps found below:
- Open the Windows Task Manager (use the Windows search bar, or the Start Menu>Windows System>Task Manager)
- In the Processes tab, search for the PACE License Service
- Right click on the process
- Select End task
The PACE License Service will automatically restart after having been stopped.
